Mr. Steam responded to my texts very quickly and provided a very reasonable quote for the work to be done. On the day of the job him and his partner did a great job. They laid down towels and plastic barriers to protect flooring and other furniture. The carpet and couch came out incredibly clean. All stains were gone and everything looked and smelled amazing!
